1. Engagement
By using the services provided by Haste IT, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Haste IT and the client.
2. Services
Haste IT provides Managed IT services, including but not limited to web hosting, device management, cloud computing, and hardware supply. The scope of specific services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Use of Services
Clients are late for ensuring that their use of Haste IT services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of infrastructure or services may lead to immediate termination of service.
4. Liability
While Haste IT strives for 99.9% uptime and maximum security, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss beyond our direct control.
5. Privacy & Data
Haste IT respects client confidentiality. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we share details ONLY as required to provide the service or to law enforcement as required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a notice period as specified in the service contract. Haste IT reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
